{"id":250,"date":"2009-12-14T20:34:37","date_gmt":"2009-12-15T00:34:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/providenceworkingwaterfront.org\/index.php\/2009\/12\/14\/cpc-12-15-09-hearing\/"},"modified":"2018-12-18T14:33:24","modified_gmt":"2018-12-18T18:33:24","slug":"cpc-12-15-09-hearing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/providenceworkingwaterfront.org\/index.php\/2009\/12\/14\/cpc-12-15-09-hearing\/","title":{"rendered":"Providence City Plan Commission hearing on city&#8217;s Waterfront Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Tuesday, December 15th at 4:45pm the <a href=\"http:\/\/sos.ri.gov\/documents\/publicinfo\/omdocs\/notices\/4752\/2009\/83110.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Providence City Plan Commission will take public testimony<\/a> on the city&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/docspace23.wordpress.com\/files\/2009\/12\/waterfront-plan-reporttrackchanges_lores-12-14-09.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Waterfront Plan<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/docspace23.files.wordpress.com\/2009\/11\/allens-avenue-and-port-redeveloment.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Allens Avenue &amp; Port Redevelopment Plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please come and voice your opposition to the city&#8217;s attempt to declare 590 acres of port area land as &#8220;blighted and substandard,&#8221; and therefore subject to condemnation and eminent domain procedures.
